Parishioners Registration:
Welcome! All new parishioners should register as soon as possible
by contacting the rectory or filling out the form below.
Knights of Columbus Registration:
Welcome! All
Catholic adult males. Take part of the
leadership role and be a major asset to
our parish and neighborhood.
Join the Knights by filling out the form below and
selecting Knights of Columbus as the type of
registration.
C.C.D Registration: To register your child(ren) in
Religious Education, please see me, Fr. Dan Brandt, in
person. We reasonably assume you are fostering your
child(ren)'s faith by attending
Mass with them EVERY weekend, so simply see
me before or after any of our weekend Masses. By
clicking on the Mass schedule link on this website,
you'll see our weekend Mass offering, which accommodates
even the busiest of schedules.
In order to make religious education more
accessible for all, there is no set fee for our program.
Donations in any amount will be appreciated. Please send
donation with child on the first day of class.
Sacrament of Baptism:
Arrangements should be made with a priest at Nativity or
by this quick form, one month prior the projected
baptism. The Sacrament is normally administered the second
Sunday of each month.
Sacrament of Marriage: Before
making any other arrangements, contact the rectory or fill
out this quick form. Arrangements for marriage must be
made with a priest when a couple is engaged or at least
six (6) months before the marriage.
Support Envelopes:
To request support envelopes for weekly donations or
Restoration Fund.
